1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CV Tailor (cvtailor.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service & Billing

CV Tailor is a web application that extracts job postings, optimizes resume bullet achievements using AI, and generates tailored ATS-optimized resumes.

• Annual Plan: We offer a single plan at a flat rate of $49.99/year, billed annually.
• 7-Day Share Links: Resumes created on the free/trial plan can be shared publicly via public links for 7 days from the resume creation date. After 7 days, the link becomes invalid and redirects visitors to the pricing page. Purchasing the Annual Plan grants permanent shared hosting for all public resume versions.

3. User Responsibility & Fair AI Usage

Users are responsible for ensuring that all professional accomplishments, certifications, and experience descriptions in their master profiles are accurate and truthful. We are not liable for inaccurate optimization suggestions generated by third-party LLMs. Abusing the AI generation engine with repetitive, non-standard scripts will result in immediate session termination.

4. Proprietary Rights

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of any text data, job listings, and generated resume configurations created inside your workspace. You are free to export, print, and distribute your compiled PDF resumes commercially without royalty obligations.

5. Refunds & Account Cancellations

Due to immediate LLM API billing charges incurred upon generation, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable once AI credits have been utilized. You can cancel your annual plan at any time in your Settings tab to prevent future recurring billing cycles.
